New Counterfeit $20 Federal Reserve Note
To all Banks, Trust Companies and Savings Banks
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Another new counterfeit $20 Federal Reserve Note is brought to your attention.
The Secret Service Division of the Treasury Department has described the note in
its circular letter No. 453, as follows:
"On the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Missouri; check letter *C\
W. G. McAdoo, Secretary of the Treasury, John Burke, Treasurer of the
United States; portrait of Cleveland.
" T h i s counterfeit is printed from photographic plates, on two pieces
of paper between which a few silk threads have been distributed.
