New Counterfeit $20 Federal Reserve Note
To all Banks, Trust Companies and Savings Banks
in the Second Federal Reserve District:
The attention of banking institutions is directed to another new counterfeit $20
Tederal Reserve Note described by the Treasury Department as follows :
" O n the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Georgia; check letter 'A';
plate number indistinct; W. G. McAdoo, Secretary of the Treasury; John
Burke, Treasurer of the United States; portrait of Cleveland.

This counter-

feit is a photographic production on two pieces of paper, between which silk
threads have been distributed.

The paper is thick and stiff.
