FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK r Circular N o . 2 9 3 6 1 L April 24, 1945 J CHANGES IN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES Library Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of persons authorized to sign in behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as contained in our Circular No. 2 8 8 8 , dated January 5 , 1 9 4 5 , as supplemented by our Circular No. 2 9 2 4 , dated April 2 , 1 9 4 5 . The authority of J O H N F. B O N E to sign in behalf of the bank as indicated on page 7 of Circular No. 2 8 8 8 , and the authority of L A U R E N C E E. D I G N A N to sign in behalf of the bank as indicated on page 8 of that circular, have been terminated. Accordingly, their names should be removed from the list of persons who are authorized to sign in behalf of the bank. J O H N B. G R A N T and W A L T E R C. W A R N E R have authority to sign per procuration Registration Certificates regarding the filing of registration statements pursuant to Regulation W of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
