M I C H A E L J . M C L A U G H L I N , formerly Manager, Accounting Department, has been assigned as Manager, Service Department. His specimen signature appears on page 6 of Circular No. 2785. The authority of C H A R L E S W . J O H N S O N , C H A R L E S D . B L A U V E L T and A L O Y S I U S J . S T A N T O N to sign in behalf of the bank as indicated on pages 10, 12 and 13 of Circular No. 2785 has been terminated. Accordingly, their names should be removed from the list of persons who are authorized to sign in behalf of the bank. The authority of CLIFFORD H . H A W K I N S to sign in behalf of the bank as indicated on page 11 of Circular No. 2785, on which page his specimen signature appears, has been enlarged. In addition to the authority indicated on page 11 of the circular, he now has authority to sign per procuration correspondence relating to the routine operations of the Discount Department.
