W I L L I A M I. M Y E R S , a Class C director of this bank, has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. W I L L I A M I . MYERS, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, will sign: Manager, Service Department, whose signature appears on page 6 of the circular, has resigned as an officer of the bank, and accordingly his name should be removed from the list of officers contained in the circular.
