The authority of H E R B E R T A. G R I F F I N to sign in behalf of the bank as indicated on page 12 of Circular No. 2574 has been revoked. Accordingly, his name should be removed from the list of persons who are authorized to sign in behalf of the bank. C L E M E N T F.
