The authority of JOSEPH H . P . FARNON to sign in behalf of the bank as indicated on page 10 of the circular has been revoked. Accordingly, his name should be removed from the list of persons who are authorized to sign in behalf of the bank. The authority of P E M B E R T O N A . H A R R I S and H A R O L D W . LEWIS, to sign in behalf of the bank as indicated on page 7 of the circular, on which page their specimen signatures appear, has been enlarged. In addition to the authority indicated on page 7 of the circular, such persons now, have authority to sign per procuration checks drawn by this bank as fiscal agent of the United States on the Treasurer of the United States in payment of obligations of the United States. H A R V E Y has authority to sign per procuration (a) advices, receipts and tickets, and checks drawn on this bank, relating to the routine operations of the Cash Department and Collection Department, (b) checks drawn by this bank as fiscal agent of the United States on the Treasurer of the United States in payment of coupons which are obligations of the United States, and (c) letters of transmittal in connection with presentation of coupons, but he has no authority to sign other correspondence.
