On Cash Offering of 2l/2 Percent Treasury Bonds of 1962-67
ADDITIONAL ISSUE

To all Banking Institutions, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Beserve
District:

In accordance with instructions received today from the Secretary of the
Treasury, the subscription books for the current offering of 2l/2 percent Treasury
Bonds of 1962-67, dated May 5, 1942, due June 15, 1967, will close at the close of
business Saturday, August 15, 1942.
Subscriptions addressed to a Federal Reserve Bank or Branch and placed in the
mail before 12 o'clock midnight Saturday, August 15, 1942, will be considered as
having been entered before the close of the subscription books.
