Result of Election of Class B Director

To Member Banks in the Second Federal Reserve District:

The election of a director of this bank for the term of office ending December
31, 1942, to succeed ROBERT T. STEVENS, formerly a class B director, has been
duly held in accordance with the requirements of section 4 of the Federal Reserve
Act, as amended, and the provisions of circular No. 2364, dated January 16, 1942.
The result of the election is as follows:
C. CONWAY, Chairman of the Board, Continental Can Company,
New York, N. Y., was elected by member banks in Group 3 as a class B director
of this bank to hold office for the unexpired term ending December 31, 1942.
