TREASURY DEPARTMENT Washington FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 30, 1942 PRESS SERVICE No. 30-4 The Treasury Department today announced that the time during which clearance certificates on Form TFEL-2 will be affixed to Philippine securities which are presented to any Federal Reserve Bank accompanied by a description on Form TFR-10 has been extended from February 1, 1942 to February 15, 1942.
