This schedule shows the latest hours at which instructions will be received and accepted at the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York in New York City or at its Buffalo Branch in Buffalo, N. Y.,
from member banks and nonmember clearing banks in the Second Federal Reserve District for interFederal Reserve district telegraphic transfers of funds under the provisions of Federal Reserve
Bank of New York Circular No. 1958, dated June 30, 1939. Federal Reserve Bank of New York
reserves the right at any time, with or without notice, to amend this schedule or otherwise to put into
effect time limits other than those herein set forth.
