Return to Standard Time
To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

The period during which "Daylight Saving Time" is effective in
the City of New York and the City of Buffalo will end at 2 a. m. Sunday,
September 29, 1935. Thereafter this bank, including its Buffalo Branch,
will operate on Eastern Standard Time.
