To all Member Banks in the
Second Federal Reserve District:

At its meeting on January 4, 1934, the board of directors of this
bank redesignated WALTER E. FREW, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corn Exchange Bank Trust Company, New York, N. Y.,
as a member of the Federal Advisory Council for the Second Federal
Reserve District, to serve during the year 1934.
