On Offering of United States of America lA Per Cent Treasury Certificates
of Indebtedness of Series TJ-1934

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

In accordance with instructions from the Treasury Department the subscription books for
the offering of United States of America *4 per cent Treasury certificates of indebtedness of
Series TJ-1934, dated and bearing interest from September 15, 1933, due June 15, 1934, offered
only in exchange for Treasury certificates of indebtedness of Series TS-1933, maturing September 15, 1933, were closed at the close of business today, Wednesday, September 13, 1933. No
further subscriptions to this offering can, therefore, be received after the close of business
today.
