FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK f Circular No. 1224 "1 L May 4, 1933 J Receipt of Gold by Banks To All Member Banks in the Second Federal Reserve District: For your information and guidance, we quote the following telegram received today from the Treasury Department: "Federal Reserve Banks, branches, and member banks should continue to receive gold delivered in accordance with Executive Order April 5 but should keep record of name and address of person delivering gold."
