(Except For the Receipt of Subscriptions for Amounts of $10,000 or Less)

On Offering of United States of America Treasury Notes
27/8 per cent Series C-1936.
Due April 15, 1936.
Dated and bearing interest from May 2, 1933.

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

In accordance with instructions from the Treasury Department the subscription books for the offering of 27/s per cent United States of America Treasury Notes Series C-1936, maturing April 15, 1936, closed at the close of business
today, Tuesday, April 25, 1933, except for the receipt of subscriptions for
amounts of $10,000 or less. In accordance with previous announcement the subscription books will remain open until further notice for the receipt of subscriptions of that class.
All subscriptions actually mailed before midnight Tuesday, April 25, 1933,
as shown by post office cancellation, will be considered as having been entered
before the close of the subscription books.
