Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of persons authorized
to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as contained in our Circular
No. 1165, dated March 2, 1933.
ROBERT M. MORGAN, formerly Manager, Bill Department, has resigned, and his authority
to sign in behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York has expired accordingly.
