Supplementary List of Banking Institutions in the Second Federal Reserve
District Licensed to Resume Full Banking Operations

To all Banking Institutions in the
Second Federal Reserve District:

For your information we are sending you herewith a list of changes to be made
in our circular No. 1194, dated March 22,1933. These changes cover (1) banks previously licensed but omitted from earlier lists, (2) banks that have been licensed to
resume full banking operations during the period from March 23 to March 29, 1933,
inclusive, and (3) banks previously licensed but undergoing a change in status during
that period.
Banking institutions whose names are prefixed with the capital letter B are
located in the territory assigned to our Buffalo Branch.
For the present, weekly supplements to our circular No. 1194 will be published,
containing the names of additional banking institutions which hereafter are licensed
to resume full banking operations. This is the first such supplement.
These lists do not take the place of the par list.
