Subscription Books Closed
On Offering of United States of America Treasury Certificates of Indebtedness
Series TAG-1933, 4 per cent, due August 15, 1933.
Series TD2-1933, 4% per cent, due December 15, 1933.
Both series dated and bearing interest from March 15, 1933.

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

In accordance with instructions from the Treasury Department the subscription books for the offering of $800,000,000, or thereabouts, of United States
of America Treasury Certificates of Indebtedness in two series, both dated and
bearing interest from March 15, 1933, Series TAG-1933, 4 per cent, due August
15, 1933, and Series TD2-1933, 4*4 per cent, due December 15,1933, closed at the
close of business today, Monday, March 13, 1933.
Subscriptions actually mailed before 9 p. m. March 13,1933, as shown by post
office cancellation, will be considered as having been received before the close
of the subscription books.
