Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

In accordance with instructions from the Treasury Department the subscription books on the offering of $350,000,000, or thereabouts, of United States
of America 2% per cent Treasury notes, Series B-1936, dated and bearing interest from December 15, 1932, due December 15, 1936, and on the offering of
$250,000,000, or thereabouts, of United States of America Treasury certificates
of indebtedness, dated and bearing interest from December 15, 1932, % per
cent, Series TD-1933, due December 15, 1933, closed at the close of business
today, Wednesday, December 7, 1932.
Subscriptions actually mailed before midnight, Wednesday, December 7,
1932, as shown by post office cancellation, will be considered as having been
entered before the close of the subscription books.
