On Combined Offering of United States of America Treasury Certificates of Indebtedness
Dated and bearing interest from February 1, 1932.
Series A-1932, 3% per cent, due August 1, 1932.
Series A-1933, 3% per cent, due February 1, 1933.

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

In accordance with instructions from the Treasury Department the subscription books for the combined offering of $350,000,000, or thereabouts, of
United States of America Treasury Certificates of Indebtedness dated and
bearing interest from February 1, 1932, Series A-1932, 3% per cent, due August
1, 1932, and Series A-1933, 3% per cent, due February 1, 1933, closed at the
close of business today, Wednesday, January 27, 1932.
Subscriptions received by us through the mails up to 10 a. m. Thursday,
January 28, 1932, will be considered as having been received before the close
of the subscription books.
