M ishkin has been appointed an officer of the Bank with the title of Executive Vice President and Director of Research. A facsimile of his signature follows: R oseann S tichnoth has been appointed an officer of the Bank with the title of Manager. A facsimile of her signature follows: Deletions G eorge H. B ossy , Manager, whose facsimile signature appears on page 12 of the pamphlet, has retired from the Bank. Accordingly, his name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of the Bank. Joseph C. It is divided into three parts: (1) regulatory matters that the Board may consider for public comment during the next six months; (2) matters that have been proposed and are under consideration; and (3) regulatory matters that the Board has completed or is not expected to consider further.
