APPOINTMENT OF BUFFALO BRANCH DIRECTOR
For Unexpired Portion of Term E nding D ecem ber 31, 1995
To the Member Banks of the
Second Federal Reserve District:

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has appointed
F.C. R ichardson a director of the Buffalo Branch for the unexpired portion of a
three-year term ending December 31, 1995. Dr. Richardson is the President of
Buffalo State College, Buffalo, N.Y.
On the Branch Board, he succeeds H erbert L. W ashington , owner of HLW
Fast Track, Inc., Rochester, N.Y., who resigned from the Branch Board in order
to fill a vacancy on this Bank’s Board of Directors effective June 18, 1993.
