The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation was appointed receiver and, effective the close of business April 24, 1992, transferred certain assets and liabilities of Norwalk to The Bank of Darien, Darien, Connecticut (“ D arien”). Darien has agreed to continue receiving certain payments transactions o f Norwalk, including checks and automated clearinghouse transactions bearing the routing num ber of Norwalk. E.
