Appointment of Buffalo Branch Directors
To the Member Banks of the Second Federal Reserve District:

The Board of Directors of this Bank has appointed S u sa n A. M c L a u g h l in
a director of this Bank’s Buffalo Branch for a three-year term beginning January 1,
1991. Ms. M cLaughlin is President of Eastm an Savings and Loan A ssociation,
Rochester, N. Y. On the Branch Board, she succeeds N orm an W . S inclair , C hair­
man of the Board of L ockport Savings Bank, Lockport, N. Y., who has served as
a director of the Branch since January 1988.
The Board of this Bank has also redesignated M ary A n n L am bertsen C hair­
m an o f the Board of the Buffalo Branch for the year 1991. Mrs. Lam bertsen, who
is Vice President-H um an Resources and Inform ation Systems of Fisher-Price, D i­
vision of The Quaker Oats Company, East A urora, N.Y., has been a director of the
Branch and chairm an o f the Branch Board since January 1986.
The Board of Governors o f the Federal Reserve System has appointed Joseph
J. C astiglia a director o f the Buffalo Branch for a three-year term beginning Jan­
uary 1, 1991. Mr. Castiglia is President and C hief Executive Officer of Pratt &
Lam bert, Inc., Buffalo, N.Y. On the Branch Board, he succeeds P a u l E.
M c S w e e n e y , Executive Vice President of the United Food and Com m ercial Work­
ers D istrict Union (Local 1), AFL-CIO, A m herst, N. Y., who has served as a director
of the Branch since January 1988.
