of Federal Advisory Council
To the Member Banks of the
Second Federal Reserve District:

The Board of Directors of this Bank has selected C harles S. S anford , Jr .,
C hairm an o f the Board, Bankers Trust Company, New York, N.Y., and G eorge J.
V ojta , Executive Vice President at that bank, to serve during the year 1991 as the
m em ber and alternate member, respectively, of the Federal Advisory Council from
the Second Federal Reserve District.
In these capacities, they succeed W illard C. B utcher , C hairm an of the
Board, The Chase M anhattan Bank (National Association), New York, N.Y., and
T homas G. L abreque , President of that bank, who were this D istrict’s m em ber
and alternate member, respectively, of the Council during 1988, 1989, and 1990.
