On Offering of United States of America 3% Per Cent Treasury Bonds
of 1946-49, Dated June 15, 1931

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

In accordance with instructions from the Treasury Department the subscription books for the current offering of United States of America 3% per
cent Treasury bonds of 1946-49 dated June 15, 1931, closed at the close of business today, "Wednesday, June 3, 1931. Subscriptions received by us through the
mails up to 10 a. m. Thursday, June 4, 1931, will be considered as having been
received before the close of the subscription books.
