These communications — called “circulars” — are mailed directly to the head office of each depository institution in this District, and to others on our mailing lists who have requested such information. Regulations and Operating Circulars In addition, the Circulars Division of this Bank can provide you with complete sets of this Bank’s operating circulars and the regulations of the Board of Governors (including the Official Staff Commentaries on certain of those regulations). If you wish to maintain such sets, with or without looseleaf binders, you may obtain them from the Circulars Division in accordance with the revised price schedule set forth below. When you purchase a set of regulations or operating circulars your name will be added to an appropriate mailing list to receive updates of those materials; there is no charge for this updating service.
