DISTRIBUTION OF OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS
TO DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS AND OTHERS
Revised Prices for Sets of Regulations and Operating Circulars
To All Depository Institutions in the Second
Federal Reserve District, and Others Concerned:

Circulars of this Bank
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York sends communications on a regular basis to all depository institutions
in the Second Federal Reserve District, and to certain others on our mailing lists, advising them of changes in the
regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, changes in this Bank’s policies, practices,
or operating procedures, fees for our priced services, and other matters of interest. These communications — called
“circulars” — are mailed directly to the head office of each depository institution in this District, and to others on
our mailing lists who have requested such information.
Regulations and Operating Circulars
In addition, the Circulars Division of this Bank can provide you with complete sets of this Bank’s operating
circulars and the regulations of the Board of Governors (including the Official Staff Commentaries on certain of
those regulations). If you wish to maintain such sets, with or without looseleaf binders, you may obtain them from
the Circulars Division in accordance with the revised price schedule set forth below. When you purchase a set of
regulations or operating circulars your name will be added to an appropriate mailing list to receive updates of those
materials; there is no charge for this updating service.
The prices set forth below reflect our costs, including postage and shipping charges when applicable, are ef
fective immediately, and may be changed without notice.

Requests for mailing list changes
Requests to add names to our mailing lists in order to receive circulars, regulations, or other printed matter
distributed by the Circulars Division should be made in writing or in person at the address indicated above and should
