FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF MEW YORK [ C ircular N o. 10172 1 June 1. 1987 Fees for Funds Transfers to and from the Treasury To All D epository Institutions, and Others Concerned, in the Second Federal Reserve D istrict: Beginning July 1, 1987, all Federal Reserve Banks will charge depository inĀ stitutions for Fed wire funds transfers that are sent to or received from the Treasury as well as other Government transferors or transferees. The fees charged by this Bank will be the same as those for all other funds transfers, which are set forth in Appendix B, revised effective January 1, 1987, to our Operating Circular No. 8.
