Member of Federal Advisory Council

To all Member Banks in the
Second Federal Reserve District:

At its meeting yesterday the board of directors of this bank designated ROBERT H. TBEMAN, President of The Tompkins County National
Bank, Ithaca, N. Y., to serve as a member of the Federal Advisory
Council from the Second Federal Keserve District for the year 1931 to
succeed WILLIAM C. POTTEE, President of the Guaranty Trust Company
of New York, whose term expired on December 31,1930.
