Second Federal Reserve District:

The election of a class B director for the term ending December 31, 1989 has
been duly held in accordance with the requirements of section 4 of the Federal Re­
serve Act, as amended, and the provisions of Circular No. 10120, dated December
17, 1986.
The result of the election is as follows:
Jo h n A . G e o r g e s , Chairman of the Board of International Paper Company,
New York, N. Y ., was elected by member banks in Group 2 as a class B director of
this Bank for a term of three years ending December 31, 1989.
