FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK Fiscal Agent of the United States 'Circular No. 1013T „ December 9. 1930J Subscription Books Closed On December 15th Offering of Six Months 1% Per Cent Treasury Certificates and One Year Ws Per Cent Treasury Certificates To all Banks, Trust Companies, Savings Banks, Bankers, Investment Dealers and Principal Corporations in the Second Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned: According to a statement from the Treasury Department the subscription books for the current issues of six months 1% per cent Treasury certificates of indebtedness dated December 15, 1930, Series, TJ2-1931 for $150,000,000, or thereabouts, maturing June 15, 1931 and one year 1% per cent Treasury certificates of indebtedness dated December 15,1930, Series TD-1931, for $250,000,000, or thereabouts, maturing December 15, 1931, closed at the close of business today, Tuesday, December 9, 1930. Subscriptions received through the mails up to 10 a. m. Wednesday, December 10, 1930, will be considered as having been received before the close of the subscription books. GEORGE L.
