Second Federal Reserve District:

The Board of Directors of this Bank has selected Jo h n F. M c G il l ic u d d y ,
Chairman of the Board, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, New York,
N. Y ., to serve during the year 1987 as the member of the Federal Advisory Council
from the Second Federal Reserve District. Mr. McGillicuddy has been serving in
this capacity during 1986.
