The election of a director to succeed T. Joseph S em ro d , class A director,
whose term expires on December 31, 1986, has been duly held in accordance with
the requirements of section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and the pro­
visions of Circular No. 10100, dated November 10, 1986.
The result of the election is as follows:
M. P a r a c c h in i , Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Offi­
cer, Banco de Ponce, Ponce, Puerto Rico, was elected by member banks in Group 2
as a class A director of this Bank for a term of three years beginning January 1,
1987.
