Return to Standard Time

To all Banks, Trust Companies, Savings Banks, and
Bankers in the Second Federal Reserve District:

The period during which so-called Daylight Saving Time is effective
in the City of New York and the City of Buffalo will end at 2 a. m.
Sunday, September 28,1930. Thereafter this bank, including its Buffalo
Branch, will operate on Eastern Standard Time.
