Registered - Delivered up to and including orders entered November 24 , 1917. Bonds on orders entered subsequent to that date ha~e not been received from the Treasury Department . FIRST LIBERTY LOAN CONVERTED - 41. Coup on - Conversions as of November 15 all d~livered . Conversi ons as of December 15 delivered up to and including orders entered December 14 , 1917 . Registered - None received from Washington . SECOND LIBERTY LOAN - 4% --- Coupon ~ - Delivel'ies have been compl..,ted , of alJ bonds fo ~· which payment in full was made on November 15. 1917 . Delivery is now under way of bonds for which payment was completed both on December 15 and January 15 . In conne ction therewith we shall ~ontinue the plan under which shipments to all banks in each city shall be made on the same date . The order in which deliveries are made will be determined by lot . The letters of the alphabet will be drawn from a box , and .as the let• tars are drawn deliveries will be promptly made to all banks located in cities the names of which begin with this lette r .
