TO THE BANK OR TRUST CO PANY ADDRESSED:
Do not send us any more full paid applications
for the Victory Liberty Loan Notes on Form 502. The only
way that you can now complete full payment prior to July 15
with respoct to Class "A" subscriptions ($50 to $10,000) is
t o include the subscriptions in your final summarJ (Form 505)
on May 20, paying both the IOfo initial payment and the 90%
payment , as provided in the form.
Several banks have alread1 sent in Form 505,
Final Summary of Subscriptions and May 20, 1919 Payment
Letter, with lOfo payment on the total subscriptions. This
should not be done as it precludes the possibility of completing full payment on Class "A" subscriptions ($50 to
$10 , 000) prior to July 15. The Final Summary of Subscriptions and May 20 Payment Letter should not be mailed until
the close of business May 20, in order that you may include
payments received that day. It must, °however, be mailed
pr omptly the night of May ·20 in order to a.void payment of accrued interest from May 20 until the date of receipt b7 us .
