F ederal Reserve b a n k o f Dallas DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 Circular No. 70-10^ May k , 1970 Updated List of OTC Market Makers (Regulation U) To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has prepared an updated list of OTC market makers as of March 31 5 1970. The list is intended to be used in connection with credit extended under section 221.3(w) of Regulation U, the OTC market maker exemption. It contains the names of all firms that have filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as OTC market makers through March 31s 1970, and the OTC margin stocks in which each firm makes a market. The new list is available from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Banks which extend or plan to extend credit under the OTC market maker exemption may obtain a copy of the list by writing the Regulations Department of this Bank at our Head Office in Dallas. Banks may also request to be placed on our mailing list for future changes in the OTC market maker list. Yours very truly, P. E.
