F ederal reserve Bank DALLAS, TEXAS of Dallas 75222 November 22, 1965 TRANSFERS OF FUNDS To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: As provided in Bulletin No. 6, the attached Supplement has been issued to show the closing hours of this Bank and its Branches for the receipt and acceptance of telegraphic transfers of funds to other Federal Reserve offices for consummation on day of receipt. The schedule has been revised to indicate the latest hour for the acceptance by us of transfers to other Federal Reserve Banks and Branches during the periods when either Standard Time or Daylight Saving Time is in effect at the office receiving the trans fer. This schedule supersedes the Supplement to Bulletin No. 6, revised September 9, 1964. Please acknowledge receipt of this supplement by signing and returning the enclosed postal card.
