Anthony dollar coin w ill officially go into circulation on July 2, 1979. The attached brochure has been prepared for your possible use in connection with the coin's introduction. Additional copies of the brochure for handouts and lobby displays are available upon request to the Secretary's Office of this Bank, E xt. 6267. With our C ircular No. 79-87, dated May 15, 1979, banks were notified regarding the procedure to be followed for initial orders of the Susan B. Anthony dollars. Banks served by the Branch offices of this Bank should place their orders for the Susan B.
