FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, May 6, 1940 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Please refer to our circular letter dated April 26, 1940, advising that certain Federal Reserve banks and branches would observe daylight saving time from April 29 to September 28, inclusive. We are now advised that beginning Monday, May 6, and ending SaturĀ day, September 28, the Birmingham Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank o f Atlanta will operate under daylight saving time. Accordingly, our time limit fo r the acceptance o f wire transfers to the Birmingham Branch, for completion on date o f receipt, will be one hour earlier than the time shown on the schedule, which is part o f our Bulletin No. 6, dated September 15, 1989.
