TEXAS January 2,1961 To the Bank Addressed: We have been advised that the Sheppard State Bank, Wichita Falls, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business January 3, 1961. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
