RESULTS OF ELECTION
TO ALL MEMBER BANKS IN THE
ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT:
The e l e c t i o n of d i r e c t o r s to succeed Miles D. Wilson, Class A
D ir e c to r, and Kent G ilb r e a th , Class B D ir e c t o r, whose terms expire
December 31, 1986, has been duly held in accordance with the requirements of
Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended by the Federal Reserve Reform
Act of 1977, and the provisions of C irc u la r 86-71 issued by t h i s o f f i c e under
date of August 19, 1986.
The r e s u l t s of the e l e c t i o n are as follows:
Robert G. Greer, Chairman of the Board, Tanglewood Bank,
National A ssociation, Houston, Texas, was e le c te d
by the banks in Group 2 as a Class A D ire c to r.
Gary Wood, Finance Professor and D irector of Governmental
R e la tio n s , Baylor U n iv e rsity , Waco, Texas, was e le c te d
by the banks in Group 3 as a Class B D ire c to r.
Each d i r e c t o r was e le c te d f o r a term of th re e years to begin
January 1, 1987.
