Federal reserve Bank OF DA LLAS Dallas, Texas, November 1,1950 REGULATION W FILING OF REGISTRATION STATEMENTS To the Registrant Addressed and Others Concerned: Our records indicate that you filed a registration statement under the old Regulation W which expired June 30, 1949, but that you apparently have not yet filed such a statement in response to the requirements of the new Regulation W which became effective September 18, 1950. It will be recalled from our circular of September 29, 1950, persons engaged in business subject to the regulation are required to file a registra tion statement not later than November 17, 1950. While some time still remains within which to comply with the requirement, we are, nevertheless, taking the liberty of again bringing the matter to your attention. Registration statement forms were transmitted with our circular of September 29,1950. Additional copies of such forms will be gladly furnished by this bank or its branches upon request. Registrants should file their registration statements with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas or the branch (El Paso, Houston or San Antonio) which serves the territory in which the registrant is located.
