TEXAS 75222 F IR S T V IC E P R E S ID E N T April 30, 1993 Motice 93-52 TO: The Chief Operating Officer of each financial institution in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District SUBJECT RCPC Payor Bank Group Sort Service DETAILS Effective Tuesday, June 1, 1993, the RCPC payor bank group sort service now offered at the Dallas Office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will be expanded to the El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio offices. The RCPC payor bank group sort service deposit same as current fine sort deadlines— for El Paso - 3:00 and San Antonio - 4:00 a.m. A per-item fee of 1.1 cent letter fee will be charged to depositors. A fee of 0.5 for participating payor bank customers. deadline will be the a.m. and for Houston and a $2.50 cash cent will be charged This service will benefit fine sort depositors since less endpoint sorting is required for payor bank customers; therefore, fewer package fees will be charged to depositors. Payor bank service customers who receive fine sort items will benefit from the lower fee for fine sort items included in their electronic file.
