TEXAS 7 5 2 2 2 FIRST V IC E P R ES ID ENT AND CHIEF O PER ATING O FFICER July 29, 1987 Circular 87-52 TO: The Chief Operations Officer of all financial institutions in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District SUBJECT RCPC deposit deadline changes in San Antonio DETAILS Effective September 1, 1987, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will initiate changes to RCPC check deposit deadlines at the San Antonio Branch. The unsorted regular RCPC deadline will be moved from 12:01 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. and the unsorted premium RCPC check service will be eliminated. Per item and cash letter fees along with credit availability for the unsorted regular RCPC check service will remain the same. This extension will increase the amount of time available to RCPC depositors for processing and transportation and, in turn, should result in a cost savings for many financial institutions.
