F ed er a l R eser ve Ba n k DALLAS, TE X A S of Dallas 75222 Circular No. 81-233 December 10, 1981 QUARTERLY REPORT OF TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS OTHER DEPOSITS AND VAULT CASH (FR 2900) TO THE ADDRESSED DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: Under terms of the Monetary Control Act of 1980, your institution began quarterly reporting on Form FR 2900 in 1981. As specified in Regulation D (Section 204.3 (d)(4)) you have the option of reporting weekly or quarterly in 1982. Should you decide to shift from quarterly to weekly reporting, your first weekly report will be for the computation period ending January 27 and you will continue weekly reporting until the next calendar year. If, on the other hand, you choose to continue reporting quarterly, you may do so, as long as your total deposits do not exceed $15 million for two consecutive quarters. At such time as your total deposits exceed $15 million for two consecutive quarters, you must begin weekly reporting three weeks after the last quarterly report. Y ou will be able to shift back to quarterly reporting only if your total deposits drop below $15 million for thirteen consecutive weeks. If you are eligible to continue quarterly reporting in 1982 but wish to shift to weekly reporting, please call Stephen Welch at (214) 651-6294 or Karen Salisbury at (214) 698-4205 collect no later than December 15.
