These pages, described as Supplement No. 31, dated A p ril 1979, w ill bring the Published Interpretations up to date through December 31, 1978. As indicated in the instruc tions on the firs t page of the m aterial, you should file the new pages in th eir appropriate locations and remove the uncurrent pages. The pages removed from your binder should be destroyed. An additional or new binder for your bank's use may be ordered from the Board of Governors at a cost of $7.50. Remittance should accompany your request and be made payable to the order of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System .
