The price for an Operating Circulars binder will remain at $15.00. Regulations are now divided into two bind ers—Volume 1 and Volume 2. The price for the two-volume set of Regulations binders is $25.00. New tabs—Regulation DD and Regulation EE—are now available for the Regulations binder. ENCLOSURE The new tabs are enclosed. Please insert these tabs in the appropriate section of your Regulations binder.
