ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT:
Recently this Bank an d its B ra n c h e s at El Paso, Houston, and
San Antonio d is c o n tin u e d f u r n i s h i n g p r e p a i d p o s tag e on p r e a d d r e s s e d
e n v e lo p e s u s e d for the p u r p o s e of f o r w a rd in g u n p a id items to the r e s p e c ­
tive o f f ic e s .
In view of this c h a n g e , it is now n e c e s s a r y for y o u r b a n k to
